A US insurance executive agreed to plead guilty to interstate stalking after secretly making nude videos of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews, according to court documents filed on Thursday. Barrett is suspected of renting hotel rooms adjacent to Andrews in three cities last year, altering the peepholes and shooting videos of Andrews in two of the locations - in Ohio in February and in Tennessee, seven months later. He adjusted a hotel peephole in Wisconsin in July and called 14 hotels to find out where Andrews was staying, prosecutors said.

Andrews originally filed the lawsuit against the two parties last year but refiled again on Wednesday to make sure the statute of limitations didn't run out, according to Reuters. Andrews was unknowingly filmed while nude in by the Chicago-based Barrett. Barrett pleaded guilty to filming the ESPN star naked and was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in federal prison. Andrews claims in her lawsuit that the West End Marriott gave her room information to Barrett, which resulted in the video and great emotional distress and embarrassment for Andrews.
